Simulated members, simulated money, no regulated activity. Resetting rebuilds the book from this morning and clears anything you did in this session.
Scope of this build
Phase 1: observes and orchestrates. It does not hold or move client money. Card, balance and deposit surfaces are later-phase and deliberately absent. The RTI code-return leg is modelled without an SLA because it does not have one.
